Messages

“Swipe down from the top to exit full screen” with “OK” button underneath it
*With a mouse click on the “OK” button and this message will disappear.

“Script Errors” … This will happen from time to time. Reasons for this could be POOR CONNECTION from hosting site, your own connection rate or speed, site is currently down, site where the source(movie) is being taken from is currently down or having problems (Most app’s don’t host the movies but take the movies from other sites)*Most times with patience sites do come back on their own over time, and sometimes the sites just stop functioning or shut down for one reason or another.

*If you’re getting multiple script errors on 4 or 5 different individual sites (apps), reset your internet connection by going into your settings and turning it “OFF” then back “ON” and try again to access the apps that normally work.

**IF YOU HAVE ONE SITE THAT DOES WORK THEN YOU’RE CONNECTED, THE ERRORS COULD BE CAUSED BY THE SITES DIRECTLY AND NOTHING AT THIS POINT CAN BE DONE … EXCEPT PATIENCE!

Causes for Buffering or ``False`` Full Cache message

First and foremost, we need to isolate the causes for the slow buffering. In most cases the cause is from the source of the stream but not limited to the source itself!

  1.  The speeds do not match

If the speeds do not match, the common issue is how it's connected. If you are using WiFi, connect to the Ethernet port if possible. This will allow us to isolate the WiFi as a problem.

      2. The speeds do match

If the speeds match, you need to have the appropriate internet speeds to be able to play certain content. Refer to the table below for more information on what is recommended for proper streaming.

Speeds

Down Stream (In Megabits Per Second)

SD Minimum             2Mbps
SD Recommended     5Mbps

HD Minimum             5Mbps
HD Recommended    10Mbps

Voice and Video don’t match

To Correct the Audio of a movie or change the audio offset default for all playback follow the instructions below:

* Go into XBMC/KODI
* Click on a movie to play
* Once the movie is playing, click on the "OK" Button on the remote (This will bring up an information bar)
* Click on an image that looks like    "speaker"    (This will bring up a screen "Audio - Settings")
* Click on "Audio offset"

***In here using the left or right arrow on your remote you move ahead or move back the audio until you notice the voice lining up with the video. Requires some patience so please take your time as it can be tedious! You could also use a mouse to move the audio bar back and forth which will give you a more accurate offset most times.**

Once you have your desired offset:
* Click on the "OK" Button on your remote (This will take you back to the Audio -Settings)
*If you're only having a problem with a specific site or movie without wanting to change the default on the offset screen click on the "Return" Button on the remote and continue on watching the movie.

**If you want to change this setting and keep it as your default audio within XBMC/KODI**
* Click on "Set as default for all videos" (Last line in the Audio-Settings)
A screen will appear "Set as default for all videos"
*Click on "Yes" (This screen will disappear)
*Click on the "Return" button on the remote (The Audio-Settings screen will disappear)

Remember Patience is the key ... take the time to do the adjustment to enjoy the unit to its fullest!
